Cask at the Copenhagen Beer Festival 2007. Black with a light brown head, some lacings. Aroma heavy malty (chocolate, coffee, licorice, dark fruits), moderate hoppy. Flavor heavy sweet and moderate bitter. Watery, flat.

Pours dark/black with a nice tanned head. Malts and caramel. Sweet with mellow aromas of roasted coffee and almonds(??). Mellow carboantion. Roasted, bitter finish with hints of caramel. Light to medium bodied. Kinda of watery and it lack a finish...

On tap at the brewpub. Almost black color, creamy brown head. Aroma is roasted malt. Flavor is roasted malt, chocolate. Nice bitterness.

Bottle. Dark brown colour with a nice creamy beige head. ARoma of chocolate and some burned malt. Medium bodied - soft carbonation. Bitter chocolate flavour with some roasted malts and some coffee. Ends up bitter and dry.
