Roasted, bit of tart aroma with a somewhat fish-like note to it at first (not that nice). As it warms, this fortunately disappears, and the aroma is now roasted with some coffee and slight chocolate notes in the background; also has an occasional whiff of vanilla. Flavour is roasted, bitter and a bit tart. Finish is roasted, bitter and dry. Not bad but nothing really interesting either. 12-11-08. Defreni (1047), Frederiksberg, Denmark
