Little bit too much like a weiss. Not like a berliner weisse, little sour, else banana and coriander. Sweet.

Draft @ the brewpub. Pours a hazy pale yellow color with a small white head. Has a fruity wheaty citrus aroma. Fruity wheat malty citrus flavor. Has a fruity wheaty citrus finish with some tart hints in the aftertaste.

On tap at the brewpub. Hazy golden with a small head. Hoppy aroma, hints of banana. Spiced flavours, clove and coriander, balanced by banana. Fizzy, good body. A decent enough weizen (but not a Berliner weisse despite some citric notes).

Cloudy golden with a lasting white head. Strong grainy malt aroma with lots of fruit and a little spice. Sweet and malty flavour with fruity notes. Faint hint of tartness at the end. A tasty summer quencher, just don’t expect a Berliner Weisse.

On tap. Hazy golden with an off-white head. Sweet aroma of fruit and some yeast. Medium body, butter, phenols, sweet fruit and yeast. Very subdued bitterness and absolutely no tartness but yeast and phenols and a fusty edge Appears mostly like a Hefe gone bad and not like a Berliner Weisse at all - sorry. 110809

Brewpub draught. Sommer weisen. Average fin white head. Mostly lasting. Fair lacework. Light cloudy golden color. Citrus, wheat, yeast, fruit, mild milky like notes as well. Light to medium bodied, average carbonation. Light sweet, hint of acidic.

Draught. High and lasting creamy off-white head. Hazy milky yellow thick looking body. Powerful banana oranges and a touch of lemon both in aroma and flavor. Wonder if it is made that bitter intentionally. High carbonation. Long aftertaste.

Big very white head. Hazy pale yellow body. Vinegary mealy yoghurty wheat aroma with grassy notes. Acidic watery mealy banana taste. Watery, flat mouthfeel. Dry-acidic mealy banana aftertaste with grassy notes. Decent, but a bit watery. (0.1l taster at brewpub.)
