Cloudy blond color. The aroma is light, the flavor stronger; quite surprisingly for this brewery, it shows a good body, some sweetness, light wheat character and an interesting, light, cookie touch; low bitterness. Despite the name, not a Belgian inspired Wit.

Sep 15, 2007 Draft sample at Edmonton Festival of Beer. Cloudy pale yellow colour, nice long lasting white head, clingy. Aroma is banana and pink gum, cloves and yeast. Sweet clovey flavour with of course wheat. Trace of lemon in finish. Creamy light body, lightly carbonated. (Rating moved from Christmas Wit)

Aug 19, 2007 Cloudy dull yellow. Thin soapy head. Big dusty banana nose. Sharp citric acid start. Dry dusty citrus flavour.

Aug 16, 2007 One of two seasonals on at Brewsters right now (the other being a Kolsch). Cloudy honey yellow with a big puffy head that leaves decent lacing. Sweaty aroma, also banana. Wheaty palate, a little yeasty, faint sweet spices and soft banana. Between the two, I favoured the Kolsch.
