Commercial Description: Honey and beer have gone hand in hand since the beginning of time. Beer hasn’t always been brewed as clear and sparkling fresh as we know it today. It used to be dark, cloudy and more often than not, sour. Therefore honey was often used to sweeten the taste. Today we don’t use honey any more to mask the flaws of our beer but as a unique fermentable ingredient, broadening the flavour and aroma of the brew we love.
