Brewzzi Belgian White

Draft... Mostly clear, straw-colored ale with a mid-sized, creamy, white head. Decent retention. Spicy nose with notes of dry wheat malt and plenty of coriander and orange peel. The wheaty flavor bends toward the bitter side of balance and is slightly spicy and a tad fruity. Medium-bodied with a 2%-milk mouthfeel and prickly carbonation. Lengthy, lightly bitter finish. I just plain don’t like 90% of the wits I try, but this is definitely one of the better wits I’ve ever tasted!
