Commercial Description:
We scoured the Earth for the perfect style of beer to compliment the fine food at the Brickyard. We found it in England . The Brickyard Brown is a traditional English-style Nut Brown Ale brewed with the finest English malts. It is medium-bodied, with loads of flavor and a crisp, clean finish. The slight roasted flavor from the dark malts compliments the smokiness of the cuisine perfectly. The beautiful, tawny brown color is reminiscent of some of the best English ales. Cheers! Brewed for Brickyar Pub & BBQ (Lewiston).

Draft at the Autumn Festival of Ales 2007. Color is a nice brown with a light tan head. The aroma is sweet. Flavor is also more on the sweet side of nutty. Thin. OK.

Pours a chestnut brown color with ruby highlights, tan head. Milder nutty aroma, light sweetness. Malty flavor, light nuts. Thinner bodied. Not all that great. I wouldn’t recommend it but I do recommend eating at the Brickyard, awesome BBQ.
