golden coloured with a sour hop aroma, a pleasent slightly sour mainly hoppy beer.

This beer is conditioned in Beaujolais barrels, and I like the name! But after this experience I have to conclude, that I prefer beer and wine kept apart. It’s a cloudy, golden beer with a nice head. The aroma is slightly sour with notes of malt. The flavour is on the sour side with obvious notes of wine. But not in the lambic way, more like some one dropped a little wine in a stale beer. It’s nice when breweries experiment, but not everything should be released for the public, and this is one of them, according to my palate. I could drink it, but I preferred to poor it down the drain.
