cask at the bon accord- pours brown with cream head, cloudy and reddish, nose is thick malt with chocolate, berry, and some spicyness, tastes spicy, slight biscuit and thick mouthfeel. a savoury taste to it like tarragon or something. not that great, and im slightly confused why it is out during the something, if this is the blonde, it is the least blonde blonde ale ive ever scene.

A Sim rate (cask at Pig’s Ear BF): Apricot, peachy cream aroma that’s subtley sweet. Disappointing amber colour with no head or lace. Very very artificial butterscotch in the flavour. Sweet cream again in the finish.

Cask at Pig’s Ear BF 2007. Rather dull. Some sour fruit - cherries, rhubarb, but it is not complex enough.

Deep brown of color with a beige head. An aroma of dark fruits and liqurice. A flavor of liqurice and dark fruits - a bitter finish.
