| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Jul 31, 2008 Bottle. Pours a nice amber color with a three-quarters inch beige head that hangs around for a while. Aroma is a bit faint, and is of hops and floral hints. Flavor is not very hoppy at all, yet not too malty. Fruity flavor, some citrus. Overall, not a bad beer, but not bold (hoppy) enough to be classified as a pale ale, at least for me. Still, I like it. I’d like to pair this brew with shrimp scampi, garlic mashed potatoes and a spinach salad. DuffMan (2764), the land of bitumen, beef & beer, Alberta, Canada

Hardly matters anyway. This pours a handsome bright orange amber, slightly hazy. Sweet caramel and apricot fruit in the aroma. Caramel, some apricot fruit, and a vegetal quality to the finish. Moderately bitter, light/medium bodied. SuzyGreenberg (1368), Seattle, Washington, USA
