Commercial Description:
Fiercely local, drawing on indigenous ingredients from the hop fields of the Willamette Valley and the barley fields of the high Northwest desert. This pale ale is round and soft on the palate, finishing crisply, to capture the flavor and spirit of the Pacific Northwest in every pint and bottle.

A passable IPA, with a palate of spring water, the slightest bit of honey, and grassy hops.

Draft. An amber beer with a thin beige head. THe arom ais sweet malty with light notes of caramel, while the flavor is sweet malty with notes of caramel, spices, and hops, as well as light perfumy notes.

Light fruit aromas, (apple, apricot, white grape) faint perfumey hops, dry cracker malts with a slightly dusty/smoky hint. Smells like chardonnay. Dry barley malts up front, whisper of hops in mid, clean slighlty yeasty finish. Fruity malts dominate, some floral hops. Sparkly palate with much bubbly, finish is juicy.

Bottle. Pours a coppery dark gold with a lacy pale yellow head. Aroma of cotton candy, fruit citrus, flowers. Medium body and carbonation. The citrus comes to the fore in the taste, along with some bread and fruit. Crisp and clean finish. I think you’ll find this one in the dictionary under "sessionable."

Medium copper with nice head. Dull floral hop aroma. Bready malts and light citrus in the taste. Mild bitterness in the finish. Solid, yet unspectacular. Would have no problem throwing back a sixer of this on a nice day.

Amber with a thin white head. Aroma is lightly hoppy with caramel and malt. Taste is lightly hoppy mixed with caramel up front, light graininess.

Copper colored brew with a light floral aroma and some caramel malt too. Lightly hopped with a medium sweet malt profile and a floral finish. Not too much going on, but well made and sessionable.
