Commercial Description:
Fiercely local, drawing on indigenous ingredients from the hop fields of the Willamette Valley and the barley fields of the high Northwest desert. This pale ale is round and soft on the palate, finishing crisply, to capture the flavor and spirit of the Pacific Northwest in every pint and bottle.

Poured a light golden clear body with a fizzy white head that dissipated rapidly. Slight hoppy nose and that of yeast apparent in most BP beers. Perhaps this beer should be called a session because I could easily drink 12. Not that I would want to.

Bottle. Poured copper witn white head. Much lacing, great looking glass of beer. Faint malty aroma. Smooth malty taste with a thin finish. An ordinary but well balanced and drinkable pale ale.

Copper color. Hops and some roasty malts on the nose and in the taste. Full bodied pale ale that I quite enjoyed.

Bottle, pours a coppery color, with light to medium hop notes, same with the malts. Not bad, not a great APA but not bad. More hops and more malts please.

Light hoppy aroma, backed by some malt. Light gold color with a head that tries to lace. Starts with carbonation bite, followed by some light malt, balanced by some light hop. Medium mouthfeel. A light APA, but the bitter finish is appropriate for the type.

Clear amber, moderate head with solid lacing and retention. Aroma is pine, grapefruit, the standard stuff with caramel. Medium to light body with some bitterness. Enjoyable but a dime a dozen.
