| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Dec 10, 2006 From an embossed 12 oz. bottle with a blurb on the neck label, I am assuming that this is the winter ’06 release.
Poured a dark apple cider amber with a foamy, fluffy off-white head that settled into a thin sudsy lacing.
Aromas of apples and peaches with lemon squeezed over them, sugary malts with a light breadiness.
Good carbonation and a crisp, smooth medium-light bodied mouthfeel.
Taste of peaches with apple cider, a caramelized maltiness, a winter spiciness, a fruity alcohol flavor with a soft warming in the palate, and a dry, sweet fruity, sugary and malty finish.
A pleasant winter warmer from BridgePort, a decent seasonal, worth trying.

| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 17/20 | Dec 10, 2006 Bottle pours with slight haze, ruby tinted coffee color, and smooth, medium tan head. Aroma is suprisingly fruity, maybe cherries or bananas. The flavor is lightly hoppy with a bit of bittersweet chocolate finish and a medium-light body. I just had some tortilla soup so any spicey notes are probably eluding me right now. I’m happy to have access to a good warmer in the region. cbkschubert (2005), Cochise Co., Arizona, USA

| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Dec 2, 2006 Updated: Jan 30, 2007bottle 12 oz. Nice clear dark copper with mahogany tint. Quickly diminishing head, little lace. Aroma is medium roasted caramel malt with some fresh hops. Flavor is Ok with lots of semi sweet malt up front, backed up by adequate hop flavor and bitterness. A fresher, more floral, resinious hop flavor would help. Into medium bodied with a decent amount of flavor, some spiciness is notacible, but there is a somewhat boring lack of pizzaz. kenb (1100), Oregon, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Dec 1, 2006 12 oz Bottle via Roth’s. Pours a hazy reddish/brown with a tiny head. I am not getting much aroma from this, just some malt and a little cinnamon and yeast. Flavors are hard to put a finger on as well. Yes, there are some citrus hops and caramel malts, perhaps a little orange, toffee and cinnamon. I do get toasted grains in the aftertaste. Everything is subtle though and nothing really sticks out. It does have high carbonation which is likely why it is hard to tell what the different flavors are. With that said, it is actually pretty tastey. Medium bodied and easy to drink. jetzler (622), oklahoma city, Oklahoma, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Nov 16, 2006 Bottle 46F Trappist. Nice spicy notes, nice piney hops presence, light sweet malt presence. Fairly dark red color, with a light brown head that holds fairly well. Nice rich flavor, malts are lighter while hops are nice and sharp and bitter, finishes with good banana yeast notes. Palate is lighter with good carbonation, not too watery fairly solid. Good solid seasonal, good drinking when it colder. HopheadHans (755), Bay Area, California, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Nov 15, 2006 Bottle. Pours dark brown with a nic e head. Aromas are dominated by spices, and a bit of maltiness.
The beer has a lot going on, with falvors of spices, malts, pine and abit of hoppy bitterness in the finish. It would rate even higher if there would be a bit more body to the beer.
