Hazy brown pour with a foamy head. Sweet fruit and malt aroma. Nice fruity flavors, with a bit of hoppy spice on the finish. Light to medium bodied. Not bad.

Lightly hazy dark copper brown body with a light khaki head. The aroma is light and sweet with cake donut and hints of dried apricots. The body is highly carbonated, but it is not distracting. The taste is dried apricots and black tea. There is also some roast and hints of light coffee in the finish. A nice brew that was worth picking up.

bottle. Not a bad winter warner. A dry bitter finish. Would like a little more roasty malty chocolate flavors in the body, but not bad.

Bottle. Pours a hazy dark walnut brown color with a medium light tan head. Caramel aroma with a bit of sweet fruit and roasted barley. Just a bit sweet, with cherry and molasses up front, some chocolate undertones and a very slight bitter end. Fairly soft mouthfeel. Good, but not as deep ("heavy"?) a roasted flavor as many of the other winter brews.

Smells just like dark chocolate with a bit of sweet cherry. Sweet taste, again lots of roasted cherry and spices. Really good but a little watery.
