Bottle poured a clear copper with an offwhite head. Aromas of bread, carmel, and some grassyness. Flavors of carmel, bread, a bit of grassy hops and a bitter finish.

On nitro at the tasting room. Golden cloudy pour with a thick white head. Smells of grassy hops and sewwt malt. A real smooth mouthfeel with subtle warming hints of hops and sweet malts. A warming bite in the back of the mouth.

Bottle: Darker golden, very dull, moderate off-white foamy head, decent lacing, a few streams of carbonation.   Malty aroma, a little sweaty.   Very smooth malt flavor, slightly sweet, but also noticable alcohol.   Almost comes across as a lighter American Strong but without the hop juice.   Decent body, but the mouthfeel is quite full and smooth.   Somewhat hot exit, definite warming feeling from this one.   Damn, and ESB that packs a punch!

Big malty flavor to it. Not as hoppy as I would have hoped, but still a good one. Nice amber coloring, with a medium head. Aroma is all alcohol. Very balanced finish, and a niceone overall.

Pours a cloudy amber colour with little head. The Aroma explodes with Hops and Sugar/Caramel/Malt. The mouthfeel although a bit watery finishes with a characteristic ESB hoppiness nicely juxtaposed against a malty and sweet balance. Not a bad brew for the price. I enjoyed.

My first Bridgeport was awesome, I hope this second is just as good. Not much head out of this bottle. Dark copper color. Lives up to its billing because its bitter. New beer to my area. Very nice ESB. Best of the beers I’ve had today. Great flavor, anybody in this area who has access to this one should get a sixer and make me a liar.

Fruity, sweet and hoppy aroma, plenty of biscuity and caramel maltiness along with fainter notes of apple, citrus, light brown sugar and spicy hops. Medium amber color, clear, with a fine, spotty and slight off-white head. Flavors are well balanced between the sweet, dark sugary caramel malts, the nascent, bright yeast fruitiness, the spicy, leafy, tea-like hop flavor and closing with a respectable amount of bitterness. Lightly oily on the palate, moderate amount of effervescence and medium bodied. Moreish, to steal a term from MJ.

Poured a clear amber/mahogany color with a finger of head that reduced to thin collar around the edges of the glass. The nose was firmly malty with plenty of toasty breads, nuttiness and some raw earthy herbal hops. The flavor starts with a bready malt base, followed by more nut, some yeast, and a healthy dose of fresh herbal hop notes. The end has a slight fruitiness, with a minor copper taste. The finish was dry, crisp and clean with a medium/heavy feel. This is a well balanced ESB, the flavors work well together. Bonus points are given due to the nice earthy hops that threw me off a little. Tasty.
