jesus tap dancing christ, the cap seemed to be glued to the bottle, and when opened, took a huge chunk of glass with it..great fuckin start here...pours with a decent head i guess, the siv i used didn’t help.. .. pours a dark marmalade color .. . has a little something extra, a slight heat with a touch of oak... i like the idea behind this, mild spice, basic low sweetness... . smooth but leaves a nice aftertaste, the 35% seems right.. . could use a little bit of time... the NY Red Bulls are a bunch of bitches .. .. a very cool little brew, maybe needs just a touch of work to make it great , but has promise...

22oz bottle. Clear dark golden with thin head that dies quickly. No visible carbonation. More adventurous than I expected for some reason. Tastes of mild spicy belgian yeast, a little dull pineapple/banana. Almost tastes like a little funky brett in there? But, just a little...or, could be a wine barrel and not just an oak barrel? Either way, I actually quite enjoy this take on a Tripel. Hope to see this one again.

650ml bottle courtesy of ditmier. Pours a hazy gold color with a small white head that receded slowly to a film. The aroma is that of a classic tripel with rock candy, buttery yeast, oak, sweet malts and something floral. The taste is pretty much the same, this is a sweet beer with a big rock candy presence, also taste some banana, pear and nutmeg spice. The finish is medium in duration and sweet. The mouthfeel is silky and malty with soft carbonation. overall: A very good tripel, no complaints here.

Bottle. Poured veldheuning gold with thick white head. Full aroma of bananas, wine, and candied fruit. Spice, sweet malt and candy flavour. Lingering edge of the tongue malt and spice finish.

Light clear golden ale, small white head, does not last long. good lace though. Flowery lighly spiced aromas. Some lemon zest. Light fruity, zestful tastes Some esters and spice, I think some of the "fruit" is coming from the wine barrels, but no wood tones. Nice palate, lightly and softly carbonated, smooth and light. Nice light Belgian style beer. Summer beer. And no way this is 8.2%, it is so well hidden. This beer could get a guy in trouble.

Bonus Bomber from Bitbucket. Shared with dalekliz. Pours orange with a bright white head. Nose is pretty nice, sweet and fragrant and lightly citrussy. Taste is sweet and light. Despite the low ratings, I have to say I like this. Also in general I don’t like tripels so maybe i’m going against the grain.

22oz bomber thanks to BrewDad. Pours a clear amber color with a small white head. The aroma is lots of yeast, some light fruit and a bit of vinous barrel. The flavor is refreshing and warm; smooth fruitiness, apples and cinnamon, some light wine barrel also. Easygoing and yet fairly warm. Decent and interesting. A champagne-like mouthfeel.
