Now this was an interesting one. From a 22 oz bottle this poured a cloudy orange with a medium white that left decent lacing rings. Nose is very much Belgian yeast with lots of ripe fruit. Mouthfeel is lively and the flavor is full of the fruit flavors you associate with Belgians. Finish shows the alcohol a bit but overall this is very drinkable.

Well, it’s probably the best effort I’ve seen from BridgePort - I’ve become used to underwhelming brews from them - but it isn’t great. Pours a bright orange with a smallish head that fades to a ring. Very faint aroma - hops, and some very light malts to counter, with a bit of a citrus kick. I’m enjoying it because it’s so refreshing, but it’s definitely lacking in the flavor and aroma. A growler on a really hot day? Perfect. Otherwise, I probably wouldn’t get this one again. Nice label, though.

Aroma: Deep Belgian yeast aroma. Fruit, with a light hops lingering.
Appearance: Deep Golden color, clear with a thin head.
Flavor: Great Fruit flavor with a nice Belgian flavor included. This was a very well brewed beer.
Palate: Dry finish, with a Great Trippel Mouthfeel.
Overall: A very nice beer this can sneak up on you if you drink to fast. High in alcohol with a great finish. Nice fruit flavors.

Very plain for the style. Thank goodness it’s a great style. Ends up being pretty non-descript but mellow-tasty.

Bottle: Bright golden color with a finger of creamy white head. Aroma is fruity with light yeast and just a hint of spices. Sweet. Flavor is a subdued and rather sweet/malty blanket over faint Belgian spices. A decent yeast and estery finish. Barrel aged? Not that I can tell...

Bottle: Pours a lightly hazy golden color with a light head, not much carbonation for the style. The nose is estery and sharp with some citrus and light husky malt. A bit more malt and more sharp yeasty esters creep in to the picture. A touch of oak shows through but not much. More of a citrusy sharp belgian than an enjoyable experience.

Not bad. Reminds me of an apple cider both in color and in terms of flavor Yeasty and sweet. Flavor doesn’t reflect the high alcohol content. They’re easy to put back, so be careful. Smooth and fizzy, definitely recommended even if it’s only to try it once.

Bottle... Poured a hazy yellow/orange with a white head that faded Immediately leaving a fruit juice like liquid. Aroma of yeast and esters. I wish the pinot barrels did more to this brew. Strong fruit flavors with tart yeast and a mild wood tone probably from the barrels. A Little bit of alcohol flavors too. Finished citrusy and and yeast-like. I’d like to age a bottle for awhile.
