Commercial Description:
A refreshing extra pale ale, Haymaker features a distinct blend of four malts and three varieties of hops that create a slightly complex ale with a light body and a crisp finish. Its alcohol by volume of 5.3% complements the low bitterness - 15 bittering units - and original gravity of 12.8 degrees Plato. Bright golden in color, it can best be described as "sunshine in a glass."

Bottle. Body-medium honey with a thick foamy head. Nose-what nose-mild hops, stale, fizz. Taste-thin, clean, watery. The only flavor I can pull out is burnt, and that a’int a good thing. An incredibly boring, simple, dumbed down beer.

Draught @ Flyers Restaurant & Brewery, Oak Harbor, WA. Pours a pale yellow color with a small white head. Has a malty grainy and slightly hoppy aroma. Sweetish malty grainy hoppy flavor. Has a sweetish malty hoppy finish.

Bottle. Pours a clear cold with minimal head, sans for a soap scum on the top. Nose is sweet grains, grass and malt. Taste is pretty much the same as the aroma. This one reminds me of one of the many South American brews out there. Medium mouth feel. Meh. Cool bottle though.

Golden-amber color with a white head and good amount of lacings. Oily, funky aroma. Crisp, funky taste. Interesting flavor profile.

not bitter at all with no bad aftertaste but with the flavor of what you would think hay would taste like, although not all that different from other extra pale ale’s that I have had. Maybe I am not just a big epa fan. A once a year, maybe beer.

Clear yellow with dense white head. Sweet malt aroma, faint citrus hop nose. Dry, grassy flavor, clean finish.
