| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Oct 19, 2008 Bottle: Pours a muddy cherrywood color with a nice light head and sticky lacing. The nose is earthy and dusty with some pale malt and a pronounced rye and columbus note. The flavor is fairly bitter, not a huge body for its size. Crisp and spicy mouthfeel and a creamy herbal finish. Not my favorite combo of hops but it is rich and satisfying nonetheless. shadey (1501), Rochester, New York, USA

The pour is a hazy light orange with a nice creamy white head. Aroma is a slightly alcoholic resiny hops. Flavor is much the same. Its good, but its not terribly interesting or very dynamic with the hops. Fairly straight forward. doubleo (1121), San Diego, California, USA
