Seasonal: The name would suggest a hophead’s wonderland, but don’t get to excited. Poured muddy amber with an average sized head. Mild herbal hop aroma. Some toasted malts in the nose. Hint of Dawn dish soap suds in the taste. Citrus, biscut malts, and mushy hops for flavor. It seems to me they were going for a english style ale. Overall, just ok. Just don’t be fooled by the name.

From what the bar tender led on this beer should have grown little hop wings and flown to the outer reaches of the universe however it didn’t quite have the power i was expecting. Hops were clean and crisp but lacking a stinging punch, extra malts took away from the name this beer was given, a interesting wheaty finish.

I was really expecting this thing to be so packed with hops that it could give a grown man memory lapses, but instead it turned out to be a smooth pale ale with a crisp clean hop addition. No doubt the hops were very fresh and citrusy, but the brew it was in was very plain, although good for a hot day, nothing too special.

cask: pale straw body, thin white head. nice pump pour in the pitcher, looks good! fresh, sweet, fruity and grassy. dry malt character overshadowed by fresh grassiness and citrucy hop character. I guess this'd make a fine "house ale" for sessioning...

Draft: Citrus nose, lemon tea scent. Clear yellow color. Lemon grassy taste. Some grapefruit. Fizzy crisp clean taste. OK, a tad lite. The crystal malt thing was kind of a drag.

I think this is only available at the brewery. Nice soft and flowery hop nose. Balance of malty and citurs flavor.

Tap. Nice floral fruit aroma. Interesting fruit aftertaste. In the cask version it tastes like fruit punch, but it is not as pronounced in the regular tap.
