~Light, sweet, hoppy aroma.
~Light citrus hop taste.
~Medium feel. Soft bitter finish.
~This is a delicious IPA. Very mild compared to others, but very enjoyable.

Jun 10, 2008 THis is the IPA I started out with. It’s very smooth and just the right hoppiness a good IPA should have. The aroma could be better but still this is a good, well rounded IPA. Solid for the hop head in the making.

Jun 5, 2008 Draft. A milky golden beer with a thin white head. The aroma is sweet citrusy with light notes of malt. The flavor is sweet malty with strong notes of citrus and grapefruit, leading to a dry bitter finish.

Jun 1, 2008 Pours a cloudy gold, with a thin white head, no lacing. Aroma is dominated by the Goldings (good), with hints of fruit. Flavor is super bitter, but fairly balanced for an IPA. This one almost tastes more like an English Bitter than your typical IPA. Palate is medium, and finishes a bit too dry for my tastes. I’m not a big fan of IPAs, but this one is pretty drinkable.

May 24, 2008 Pours hazy orange. Tall white head with great lacing. Fruity hoppy nose with a finish that is bitter, but certainly not over the top. Crisp and refreshing. Well-balanced and easy to drink. Maybe a little astringent. Decent, but not exceptional.

May 21, 2008 Sampled on draught at the brewery. Nice medium bodied brew, Pours a bright golden orange colour, plenty of floral hopped aromas. Slightly dry finishes crisp and refreshing.

May 20, 2008 Slightly hazy golden colour, thick white slab of a head. Peach and tangerine fruit aroma subtley intermngled with sweet malt an resin. Fruity sweet entry followed by a soundly bitter finish. A little thin on the palate.

May 18, 2008 I had been meaning to try this one for a while, but other brews got in the way. Solid IPA with a strong citrus aroma. Clean crisp taste. If I knew it was bottle-conditioned, I may have been a bit more careful pouring it out of the bottle.
