| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 18/20 | Feb 24, 2008 Sampled from bottle. Pours hazy orange with a creamy white head and thick lacing. Aroma is very pleasant with hard candy and floral, citrus and pine hops. Flavor is nicely bitter with a good bready malt base and more pine and floral hops that were found in the aroma addition. Medium-bodied, moderately carbonated and very easy to drink. Somehow, a bit sweet in the finish, but still, I appreciate the malt presence in this style.

| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 9/20 | Feb 23, 2008 hoppy but not too intriguing nose. Pour is cloudy orange with a small fine head that dissipates quickly leaving small spotty lacing. flavor is a little lackluster. Pretty watery on the front. Probably not as big on the malt side as most IPAS. The flavor is pretty weak, could pass better as a APA. Really not a bad beer but I’m looking for a lot more depth from this style of beer. Not bad, not really good.

| 1.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 3/10 | 3/5 | 5/20 | Feb 22, 2008 A freebee for the cheapster. Sweet and almost fruity perfumy aroma. Nice cloudy darkish beige color. Swirling hypnotizing pour, from the gunk on the bottom of this bottle. Rocky head. Bitter preservative taste, difficult on the enjoyability scale for me, but certainly within the style. Has some decent carbonation that comes across as malty at times on the palate. Finish is bitter hoppy preservative medicine. Snojerk321 (1990), San Diego, California, USA

| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Feb 8, 2008 Draft Flying Saucer. Decent off-white head. Light amber in color. Light in the malt department and a decent mild hops outdoing the malt. Makes for a good crisp bitterness with hints of grapefruit and other citrus. Not much pine IMHO. A good refreshing light IPA. hotstuff (3175), Indiana, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Feb 6, 2008 Bottle from Made in Oregon store in the Portland, OR airport. Medium sized off-white head that was frothy and semi-fizzy, next to no lacing, very little carbonation observed, and a golden hue. Nose was hoppy, citrus, grapefruit, and pine. Ditto for the flavor with a hint of malt. Smooth mouthfeel and medium body. A quaffable IPA that has a good flavor and one that I do not consider to be over-the-top hops. Worthy of a try IMO.
