Overall, the beer isn’t bad, not great but not bad especially for the price. Dark yellow/orange color, decent aroma, a little hop bite but not much. Slightly bitter aftertaste. Alcohol is covered pretty well. I’d buy again at this price. fakepurseninja (785), Washington, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | Dec 30, 2007 Big malt base with a wonderful hop choir ensemble - floral and somewhat piney but very smooth with a lightly sweet, orange citrus essence. A little thin and watery but very drinkable and pleasant. franksnbeans (265), Columbus, Maryland, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Dec 29, 2007 Pours a golden orange with thick head and tons of lacing. Smells of lots of hops, some malt and citrus. Nice and full in the mouth, with a lot of refreshing carbonation. This has all the attributes of a great IPA. Nothing over the top and very well balanced. Drikability is great. This is a great session beer.

| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Dec 27, 2007 On tap. Golden color. Some piney aroma with some hint of citrus. The flavor is well balanced, but I like my IPA’s to be a bit hoppier. Best thing on tap tonight. Tilley4 (218), Huron, Tennessee, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Dec 21, 2007 I loved this IPA.
Poured exactly like honey, nice and hazy with a nice fluffy white head. Nice looking beer.
Aroma of grapefruit hops and yeast.
Muted taste of citrusy hops with a nice bitter finish. Very refreshing beer.
i liked the fact that this was a little more toned down than the usual IPA. It was still hop prevalent but not overbearingly so.
Awesome little session beer. ChainGangGuy (2568), Kennesaw, Georgia, USA
| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Dec 18, 2007 Appearance: Dark yellow body with a bubbly white-colored head.
Smell: Musty, pine-scented aroma.
Taste: Hmm. My main concern is the lack of malt to balance the hops. All that’s left is an awful generic bitterness. Any decent taste is masked by it, as is any compulsion to have a second taste.
Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied, with a fizzy carbonation.
Drinkability: In short, let’s just say my evening at Taco Mac consisted of many, many fine, fun, delicious beers, and one really bad one. scrizzz (1293), kirkland, Washington, USA
