Dec 18, 2007 Appearance: Dark yellow body with a bubbly white-colored head.
Smell: Musty, pine-scented aroma.
Taste: Hmm. My main concern is the lack of malt to balance the hops. All that’s left is an awful generic bitterness. Any decent taste is masked by it, as is any compulsion to have a second taste.
Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied, with a fizzy carbonation.
Drinkability: In short, let’s just say my evening at Taco Mac consisted of many, many fine, fun, delicious beers, and one really bad one.

Nov 27, 2007 bright floral hop aroma that is mostly pine with grapefruit in the background. 2 finger head quickly fell and left a pleasant lacing. many flavors of earth, lemon, sugar, and lavender. all hops no malt but i love it. great balance between floral and bitter hops.

Nov 22, 2007 Amber color, small vanishing tan head. Citrus and pine in the aroma and flavor. Nice bitter finish. Very good IPA rated by someone who loves them.

Nov 21, 2007 Bottle from lb4lb, thanks. light hazy apricot color with medium sized head. Light malt/citrus hop aroma. Nice mouthful with good bitter finish. Solid beer.

Oct 28, 2007 Bottle. Nice hop aroma, but not too strong with a somewhat hazy golden and orange color. The pleasant grapefruit hops are major component of the flavor with the malt forming a foundation for them. Very nice.

Oct 26, 2007 12 oz. bottle- poured non-transparent cloudy dark golden color, nice bubbly head. Aroma of hops, hops, and hops. Hits the mouth a thin body, hops from start to finish. Nice, very nice.

Oct 18, 2007 Gold and hazy with a nice soapy head and a ton of lacing. Nice mild grapefruit aroma. It smells like it will be dry. Grapefruit bitterness through and through. Not overly bitter, but a nice dry bitterness with just enough malt to lend a fruity sweet balance. Not overly amazing, but a very solid drinkable IPA.

Oct 14, 2007 Nice IPA. Pours a orange golden color. Extremly fresh hops nose. Tastes malt and hoppy. My only complaint is that nothing stands out. Good beer.
