| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | May 6, 2007 This is an IPA that you could use as a control beer. It is right-on for style because it doesn’t try anything crazy. My rating reflects the fact that it’s nothing memorable, but if I didn’t feel liker taking a risk I would reach for it. k9coug (41), USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | May 2, 2007 Distinctively bitter aftertaste. Love the aroma, fruity sweet to counter the bitter taste. Made me sneeze, a mark of a good IPA. mnurda (434), Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada

| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Apr 23, 2007 Updated: Jun 14, 2007On tap. Pour was a nice light copper color upon which sat a foamy white three finger head. The head receded slowly and left solid lacing. The aroma was nice floral and citrus hops with only a bit of pine coming through. The flavor was a small bit of sweet malt up front that was taken over by floral and citrus flavors. Better than expected mouthfeel. Succinct finish. An enjoyable, drinkable beer. thornecb (1802), Marblehead, Massachusetts, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | Apr 19, 2007 Pours bright amber into a shaker. White head quickly recedes to roil the surface. Sweet caramel and pine aromas. Well balanced and smooth with an active, sharp carbonated grapefruit finish. piscator34 (1132), Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Apr 18, 2007 Light orange in colour with a bit of haze and moderate carbonation. Fragrant aromas of tangerine, white grapes, pink grapefruit, and a bit of pine. Loads of citrus fruit in the mouth, with more tangerine and orange, with some very mild secondary notes of flowers, and a bit of roasted nuts. There’s a bit of cut grass on the finish. Not a whole lot of malty flavors here. The bitterness is so smooth that I find it hard to consider it an IPA. I think SNPA, which it vaguely reminds me of, might even be a bit more bitter than this. Very drinkable stuff though. Probably a real crowd pleaser. Jmichael (633), Asheville, North Carolina, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Apr 18, 2007 this beer is good, but I got it from a gas station, and it was definitly a little sour from evident temperature change, so it was tainted... I have heard good things that this was an aromatic IPA, this one had no aroma, a fruity finish, resiny texture and was relativley complex.... xmarcnolanx (800), Kirkwood, Missouri, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Apr 18, 2007 I agree with smhncabot that this is a nice summer brew, but I am not sold on being able to drink it all day. I can think of about 20 different IPAs that I would rather have ahead of this. That is not to knock the beer, it is a good beer, but it just is not as good as a lot of other beers out there.
