Jan 22, 2006 Draught. Yellow-orange, slightly hazy. Thin white head that laced the glass. Pleasant flowery hop aroma. Prominent bitterness up front which fades, and actually finishes a bit flat.

Jan 19, 2006 12z bottle. Clear golden hue with an abundance of white fluffy head. Resinous bitter hops in the initial whiff. Still very piney, but the floral and citrus notes are starting to come through. First sip, citrus and pine switch the pole position as it moves over the tongue. Lively and bright, with a great drying bitterness in the finish. Yeasty breadiness is the undertone for the plethora of different hops. Sweet sticky and resinous, oranges and grapefruit, bitter almost sour lingering finish. But the natural carbonation leaves the mouth tingly. This may not be the best IPA I’ve ever had, but it is up there. I’ll cheers to that!

Jan 19, 2006 A subtle IPA best drunk lightly chilled. One can taste notes of citrus delicately layered into the malt. It feels full in the mouth and finishes with that floral spice of hops, nipping at the tastebuds! This is not an overstated IPA, but a well balanced, straw coloured, mildly hazey wonderful brew. Jan 18, 2006 12oz bottle. Floral and citrus hop aroma. Pours a cloudy golden color with a white head and some noticeable carbonation. Tastes of a sweet/tangy citrus with a very light hop bitterness.

Jan 15, 2006 Rating from Mar. ’05. Cloudy orange, white head. Citrusy and floral hops aroma. Mlat base with a real nice hops bite and flavor. Hops are piney and last far into the aftertaste. Nice mouthfeel, due to carbonation? Bottle conditioned.

Jan 13, 2006 Wow, definitely the best brew I’ve had from these guys. I was not expecting such a floral and hoppy taste and aroma. Pours a cloudy golden color. Had on tap at the vortex.

Jan 12, 2006 12 oz bottle, via acertain. Light copper pour, slightly hazy, with a finger sized fluffy white head. Pleasant perfumy hop aroma over a bready malt base, traces of grapefruit. Earthy hop flavor with a somewhat grainy malt base. Finish has lots of grapefruity citrus hops. Medium bodied with very fine carbonation, very soft mouthfeel. A very nice subdued IPA, very rounded flavor with a nice mouthfeel due to bottle conditioning.
