Commercial Description:
a dark, rich, indulgent brew. It owes its taste to select Goldings and Magnums hops. This generous blend is then naturally conditioned in the bottle or keg an additional three weeks to create a roasted flavor.

Very deep ruby color with an off-white head. Sweet caramel aroma. Mild sweet caramel, chocolate and coffee flavors. Smooth yet bubbly feel.

Well this is one gorgeous beer when its poured into my pint mug.. dark porter brown with a great creamy off white head..it shrinks fast but it lingers on as great lace. Smell is a little subdued for style..but I detect chocolate roastted malts in abundance WOw I liked the taste of this beer..wonderfully smooth and with great chocolaty flavours..and a nice alcohol taste underneath..very fast finish for a porter..but this is yummy..some spiciness too underneath. Very smooth and most likeable on the tongue. A nice drinkable porter..I enjoyed this one.

Color and everything is right, even the carmelly sweet aroma, after that it really falls apart. Watery, very carbonated. Sweet finish. I with Buck_Dich here, while its not awful, did this beer really need to be created?

Dark brown color with an average porter aroma with light chocolate and caramel. Flavor is a little dry and sweet. Not too many things going on here, but it finishes easy.

This was just an odd beer for me. It had a nice coffee, nutty flavor but it felt watered down. It didn't look highly carbonated, but it felt it when I drank it. So close to a very good beer, but really just average.

Transparent ruby-brown color with a small off-white head. The aroma and flavor were very one-dimensional...all I got was bubblegum. I'll have to revisit this because that's absolutely all I could taste here...just sweet bubblegum. Medium thin consistency...medium carbonation.

Pours a deep brown with mahogany edges, with small head and lace. Caramel, roast malts and a bit of fruit in the nose. A very smooth roast malt flavor with a bit more of the caramel. A drinkable porter.

light brown sugar aroma and some malt. Pours amber brown, low tan head. Has a harshness to it that isn't appealing. Weak body and flavour. Yuck...
