Commercial Description:
The pioneering spirit that made us Oregon's Oldest Craft Brewery ® is the inspiration behind our new European inspired big beautiful blonde ale, S?pris. Drawing from our heritage of fine ale craftsmanship, we pursued a fresh flavor direction that would encapsulate our history as well as our vision of bringing the best flavors of the world to your pint glass. S?pris is crafted with European two-row malt to maintain a clean, rich flavor that is delicate and immensely satisfying. The unique blend of hops from Germany, Czech Republic and Slovenia deliver a smooth flavor that contributes to the overall unique balanced dimensions S?pris offers. S?pris is naturally conditioned in the bottle and keg in the BridgePort tradition, and that’s where the similarity to our other beers ends. S?pris brings a distinct experience to the palate with ample effervescence and understated robustness.

Hazy yellow pour with a one finger white head and no lacing. Very bready in both aroma and flavor, with a light bit of spice and some small earthy hoppiness. Mediocrity rearing its ugly head again.

Found this in Idaho. It was dusty and I am not sure how old it was. Poured a hazy yellow with small white head, and not much lacing. Nose of malt and spices. Smooth mouthfeel. Flavor is a little biter. Kind of an odd beer, but drinkable.

Has a nice glowing murky yellow color, smells of semi-sour brett and wheat, flavor is somewhat light, lacking depth. The astringency and bitterness does not exactly fit with this beer, I was thinking it was close to Leffe Blond, but the bitterness or huskyness puts it off a little bit. Interesting, but could be much better.

12oz bottle. Poured a medium and lightly hazy golden color with a smaller sized white head. Aromas of fruitiness and light yeast. Tastes of bread, fruits, and light citrus.

Poured a super blonde hazy body with a fluffy effervescent white head. Yeasty, sweet, and grainy. Thin body with a lot of carbonation. Dry finish. Kind of weird/dull but ok.

Bottle. Yeasty and citric aroma. Very cloudy hay colored brew. A tad sweet and fruity flavor is smooth with a quality that is on par with a Wit or Hefeweizen. Very drinkable and even better on tap. Effervescent on the palate

Picked up single 12-oz bottle from Liquid Solutions in Oregon. Pours a semi-hazy pale llight blonde brew with a decent white head that has slow dissolve and good retention. Aroma of light multi-grain bread malt, some lemon zest and a touch of dry spice. Taste is light bodied, well carbonated with flavors of light bread, lemon and some yeast. Finish is slightly fruity, a touch of yeast and then a dry aftertaste. A little light for a Belgian Ale but still drinkable.
