Oct 25, 2009 From the polypin at the Orchard, Bristol 25/10/09. Cloudy gold in colour with next to no head. Dryin aroma and flavour, yet avoidiing acidity, with some balancing juicy apple fruit. Good stuff.

Strong aroma. Golden coloured and fruity with a little citric acidity. Slightly dry lasting finish.

Aug 27, 2008 GBBF2008. Golden colour, not much head. Aroma is sweet apples, rotten apples and vanilla with some mild herbal notes. Flavour is apples, alcohol and some sweet berryishlike notes. Quite dry and a bit acidic.

Aug 26, 2008 A Mes rate: barrel at GBBF.
A slightly hazy pale yellow colour. Dry and tart, plenty of wood and glorious notes of spice and herbs. Lots of citrus notes and a high level of acidity. A real onslaught of a finish full of sour barrel notes leaving a lingering peaty aftertaste. Good cider.
