GBBF2008. Golden colour, not much head. Aroma is sweet apples, rotten apples and vanilla with some mild herbal notes. Flavour is apples, alcohol and some sweet berryishlike notes. Quite dry and a bit acidic.

Sep 16, 2008 Hazy golden with no head. Sour aromaen with apples and wood. Flavor holds sour apples, wood and finishes dry. Nice cider.

Aug 26, 2008 <i>A Mes rate: barrel at GBBF.</i><br />A slightly hazy pale yellow colour. Dry and tart, plenty of wood and glorious notes of spice and herbs. Lots of citrus notes and a high level of acidity. A real onslaught of a finish full of sour barrel notes leaving a lingering peaty aftertaste. Good cider.
