Bristol Edge City English Mild Ale

On tap at the brewery. Solid brown color with white head. A little chocolate malt on the nose with some hops. Malty body with a nicely hopped finish.

Draught at brewery. Pours a clear and clean bronze, dark maple brown with a tall, foamy off-white head, sticky lacing, lastin head. Aroma is malt (meal, grain) and yeast (sour dough, sweat). Medium bitterness and acidity, medium sweetness, lightly toasted caramel malt with a clean and smooth finish, very drinkable. Medium bodied and somewhat dry palate.
