Easter Sunday tasting w/ Ernest, Aubrey and Brian. Attractive orange color. Sweet, somewhat medicinal, malt accented aroma with hints of caramel, toffee, fruit (orange) and a touch of herbaceous hops. Well rounded malty flavor, although it is a bit sweet. Verty tasty.

Slightly cloudy and amber-orange. Lively carbonation; medium body; kind of syrupy. Toasty and a little nutty. Blast of sweetness up front (caramel, rich sugar, toffee). Very flowery hop notes with a mild, grassy bitterness. Noticeable, fruity alcohol. Good stuff.

Pours a very clear amber / organe color with medium white head. The aroma is of toasty malt with some fruity hops slightly noticeable. The taste is nicely balanced, with dryness at first followed by bitterness, and finishing with a good malty character. A little big fro a traditional Oktoberfest but a very drinkable beer.

Ruddy orange as described by the label this had some very nice aromas of chocolate, plums, and malts. The taste is very bread-like which starts out good but then takes a weird turn in the aftertaste which I don’t like. Drinkability is just ok. I will still be checking for new Edge City releases from Bristol. Serving type: bottle Reviewed on: 10-17-2007 15:49:28

Bomber from Kevin. Golden honey colored body, mostly clear. Sweet, sticky honey malt, medium thickness for a marzen, it’s oily and hoppy but not overhoppy, just a bit more than usual for the style... overall clean and simple, tastes of corn, wheat, fish (?). Not bad.

Courtesy of acrdz. Mostly clear amber body with a tiny white head. Doughy, cracker nose with light honey and grapes. The flavor is lightly sweet, very lightly bitter with toffee, munich malts, graham cracker and herbal hops. Medium body is round with moderate carbonation.

22oz bottle, courtesy of acrdz. Thanks, Mike! Pours a hazy orange color; thin off-white head with patchy lacing. Light, crisp aroma showing candy sugar and a touch of fruit. Medium mouthfeel: candy sugar, tropical fruit, and an overripe, almost pumpkin-like note; reasonably chewy and drinkable. Medium finish: residual sugar and malty sweetness and cantaloupe.
