AmEricanbrew (1747), Louisiana, USA Feb 21, 2008 22oz bottle. Light amber with a wispy white head. Faint smell of cereal grains and lightly sweet malts. Medium body and smooth. Tastes like some weak German lagar with malty sweet light grains, bready yeast and corn. Has a nicely bitter finish. Better than any macro lagar. 3177 RSRIZZO (1345), Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA Sep 23, 2007 Had this beer on 10/22/2006. Aroma is light reminds me of a Pilsner. Color is a hazy gold with very good carbonation and a thin tight head. Taste is light, clean and refreshing. Starting with a full/light body it goes down with a crisp feel/ finish then comes in with very light malt flavor that is backed by a mild bitterness and faint hop flavor. Overall I am a bit disappointed, I thought a Bock would be a bit bolder and more full bodied and this is just a little too crisp and refreshing and has too mild hop effects to it. Headbanger (1574), Aurora, Illinois, USA Oct 4, 2006 22oz bomber-Golden color with no head and an aroma of corn. Taste of a typical pale lager. Not good. Ernest (4481), Boulder, Colorado, USA Aug 15, 2006 Draught.
Head is mostly diminishing.
Body is medium yellow.
Aroma is lightly to moderately malty (toasted grain), lightly hoppy (herbs).

Finish is lightly sweet, moderately bitter, slightly husky.
Medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation, lightly to moderately alcoholic.
Kinda grainy and boring. BeerandBlues2 (3201), Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA Jul 30, 2006 Draught at Bristol. Pours golden with a small rocky-patchy white head, no significant lacing. Aroma is sour malt (grain, meal) and sweaty yeast, faint floral and noble, spicy hops. Sour grainy malt and bitter yeast, loaded with adjuncts, finish is acidic. Light bodied, dry and spicy palate.
