Commercial Description:
The second annual lager in our line of slightly more serious, limited run beers, this one is brewed in late Spring -- in preparation for hot summer months. Imported Belgian Pilsen barley lends a consistent malt component which is balanced by fine German hops. Careful fermentation with a traditional lager yeast finishes this beer for a clean and refreshing break from the day...Edge City Series. Slightly more serious, always worth savoring.

Bomber {Thanks to BeerandBlues2} poured a hazy gold with a small quickly dissapating white head. Aromas of breadlike malt and a touch of citrus. Palate was light bodied and smooth. Flavors of cereal, fruitiness and and a hint of lemon with a smooth lingering bitter finish.

Bottle. #1000.
Yeehaw. Pours a lackluster cheddar, but the nice carbonation gives it a life. Aroma is a sour champagne smell. Flavor is like champagne with mango. Palate is surprisingly coating. Not bad; in fact, I’d drink this again. Quite refreshing.

22-oz. Bomber. Pours bright gold with a small foamy white head; spotty lined lacing. Sour malt with a fruit/citrus hop blend and a yeast, bread-like nose. Hoppy start with a malt yeast body and a spicy citrus rind hop finish. Spicy, lively carbonation with a crisp, refreshing light bodied palate.

Draught, Bristol Brewpub, Colorado Springs. Body is clear medium yellow. Aroma is lightly malty (toasted bread), lightly hoppy (flowers, herbs), lightly yeasty (dough). Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly acidic, lightly bitter. Finish is lightly sweet, lightly acidic, moderately bitter. Medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation. Not much going on here, even for a pils. Drinkable, but not trying too hard IMHO.

tap at brewery-pours light yellow hue almost looking like a BMC! nice big white head-light aroma-kinda musty like a german lager should be. Very grainy and strongly bitter flavors that finishes slightly sour. Not a bad pilsener.

Bitter! This is a good lager. Seems a bit grainy and harsh for a pils but nicely hopped. Not a whole lot going on in the nose but the bittering hops leave a crisp and dry finish. Not quite as good as Only The Best Pilsener, but still a good lager.
