Aroma is lightly malty (toasted bread), lightly hoppy (flowers, herbs), lightly yeasty (dough).
Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly acidic, lightly bitter.
Finish is lightly sweet, lightly acidic, moderately bitter.
Medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation.
Not much going on here, even for a pils. Drinkable, but not trying too hard IMHO. ratman197 (3250), Arvada, Colorado, USA

Pours a lackluster cheddar, but the nice carbonation gives it a life. Aroma is a sour champagne smell. Flavor is like champagne with mango. Palate is surprisingly coating. Not bad; in fact, I’d drink this again. Quite refreshing. BDR (2167), Roseville, Minnesota, USA

| 4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 18/20 | Sep 23, 2007 Had this beer on 7/9/2005. Aroma is a sweet bright malt scent. Color is a bright yellow/gold with good carbonation and thin head. Taste is clean and bitter. Starting with a light body it goes down with a crisp feel. Finish comes on with a smooth malt flavor backed by a faint hop flavor and a bold bitter end. This may be one of the best and most well rounded Pilsners I have ever had.
