Commercial Description:
Red Rocket is lively and up front, with a malt-inspired body and a crisp finish. Its character comes from a blend of Perle, Willamette and Cascade hops. Dry hopped with Cascade for a refreshing aroma.

Pours deep amber with an enduring off-white head and plenty of lacing. Aroma of zesty hops. Quite sweet at the start, it finishes with a nutty, spicy flavor worthy of a good Belgian ale. The pine, citrus, and floral hop notes are in great harmony. I picked up this beer somewhat by accident and found a new favorite.

Beer pours pretty clear burnt orange color with a totally retained beige colored head. Aroma is mostly citric hops, a nod to grapefruit juice also caramel. Flavor is really delicous. Very citrically hoppy, but in a very fresh fruit juice kind of way. Could drink a case of these easy.

12oz bottle. Poured a deeper and cloudy amber color with an averaged sized off white head. Lots of small floaters. Aromas of some flowers, light caramel, and cookie dough. Tastes of cookie dough, caramel, oranges and some citrus. Body on the thinner side.

12oz bottle. Clear and golden amber. White head. Sweet citrus and apples in the initial sniff. Slight caramel, "baked bread" aromatic undertone. Sweet and smooth flavor. Sweet hops round out the profile along with light malt roast. A touch light, but sweet and pleasing!

Hoppy aroma. First impression is that this is a very nutty pale ale, more so even than some nut browns, but the hops make it better than many nut browns too. An odd pale ale, but enjoyable.

on tap-pours a thin off white head, color is clear amber. Aroma is hops. Taste is hop & malty, a nice balance. This was one of Bristol’s better beers.

Dark orange, thin head. Nutty, roasted malt aroma. Nice overall hop presence. Balanced.
