Commercial Description:
An Irish style ale, brewed with a blend of imported English dark specialty caramel malts. A bit of domestic hops keeps the bitterness low to accentuate the clean flavor. The fruity aroma and complexity of flavors make for a truly superb beer.

Maybe my favorite beer they serve at the newly opened Brix 42. A dark red color, very strong and sweet malt profile. Very little hop presence - a very roasty and toasty flavor, not quite as sickeningly sweet as some red beers I’ve had. Good.
