Gregis (911), Overland Park, Kansas, USA Oct 18, 2007 Sample draft at the brewpub. Pours an amber/orange with a thin beige head and patchy lacing. The nose is fairly muted, with light toasty malt and little else. Light-bodied and slick finishing dry and lightly bitter. Bready, nutty, sweet caramel malt and a crisp, dry, nutty and bitter finish. There’s no distinct hop flavor in this one, just the texture and bitterness to let you know they’re doing their job. Quite quaffable.
Tmoney99 (3548), Cincinnati, Ohio, USA Oct 16, 2007 Draft at brewpub. Poured hazy brown color with an average frothy off-white head that was mostly lasting with good lacing. Moderate toasted malt aroma. Medium body with soft carbonation. Medium toasted balanced flavor with a medium bittersweet finish of moderate duration. I would recommend this to a freind. kp (6200), Woodstock, Georgia, USA Sep 1, 2007 Date: 07/21/2007

BeerVirgin72 (582), C-Bus, Ohio, USA Jul 21, 2007 Had on draft at the brew pub. This was my favorite! Poured a nice amber color, creamy white head. Taste was sweet malts, some carmel, and very mild hop finish.
