drowland (1337), Tallahassee, Florida, USA Aug 14, 2009 Had this on tap at the brewpub but was in town for a wedding with a lot of family and didn’t take good tasting notes beyond the numbers. EithCubes (2139), Indiana, USA Jul 12, 2009 Draught at the pub. Golden pour (darker than their Lawnmower) with a white head. Kitchen soap hop notes. Super smooth and mild, really no carbonation, just the faintest hint of malt, alcohol, and light spicy noble hops. Light body. Very nice, lightly yeasty mild beer: classy, smooth, well-made, but hard to give points for flavor. shawnm213 (841), South Bend, Indiana, USA Jun 11, 2009 draft at the brewpub. pours yellow with a small white head. crisp, fresh. notes of grass and biscuity malts. tjthresh (1740), Greenfield, Indiana, USA May 30, 2009 Updated: Jun 4, 2009Ond tap at the brew pub. This beer drinks fine, but I just don’t think its a good kolsch. Murky hazy straw yellow with some white head. The nose is doughy with light hops. Very balanced and drinkable flavor. jsquire (2086), St. Marys, Ohio, USA Nov 18, 2006 On tap at the pub. Clear yellow beer with a thin white head. Thinnish beer with a light citrus nose. Lemon flavors almost become lime as the beer warms. Bready malts. Good with food. thedm (3833), Fort Wayne, Indiana, USA Jun 30, 2006 This draft brew from the brewery in Indianapolis, IN poured a small sized head of fully diminished finely sized white colored long lasting bubbles on top of a transparent light yellow orange body with no carbonation. The aroma was slightly acidic malty and slightly hoppy. The mouth feel was tingly and thin at the start and thick and mellow in the finish with mild malty fruity dough bread flavor. Tmoney99 (4649), Cincinnati, Ohio, USA Jun 1, 2006 Draft at brewpub. Poured hazy amber color with an average white head that diminished slowly with fair lacing. Moderate citrus hop aroma. Medium body with a slick texture. Medium sweet flavor with a bitter sweet finish of moderate duration. This is a solid standout beer.
