Commercial Description:
A pale ale on the malty end, but with a moderate gravity making it good for those hot days. The Lawnmower Pale Ale is a loght, sloghtly sweet, delicately hopped blonde ale. Appropriately named for its thirst quenching abilities. Very Quaffable.

A light malt taste and slightly sweet and quite refreshing. Moderately hoppy with a medium body.

Quite accessible, but surprisingly solid. Nice balance, more hop and malt than the average mass beer drinker (ie., swiller of tasteless horse piss w/ only goal of finding buzz) is used to. Really nice bready, fresh malt character (biscuit?) provides intro to good beer flavor. Imagine that ! Easily the best of the brewpub "intro" brews.

On tap at the pub. Pale golden color with almost no head as served in the half pint glass. Toasty malt with lots of hops given the name of the beer. It is a little thin, but appropriate for the style, with a lemon citrus sense to it. Quaffable.

(sample @ brewery) a hazy pale yellow beer with a small head and minimal lace. aroma is lightly sweet, and malt is the pimary flavor, though very subdued. balance is actually quite good. body is light, and drinkability is high. not the most exciting beer, but aptly named and very serviceable.

The brewer introduced this to me as just "The Lawn", but I’m nearly certain this is the same thing. The smell was cool and clean. There was no head and the body was a deep yellow to light amber. It’s a sweeter than normal light beer.

On tap @ the Brew pub: Pours a clear yellow gold with a white head. Aroma, grassy with some light malty notes. Flavor, pale malts, grassy notes, with some yeast in the background.

tap at the brewpub - Pours yellow with a thin white head and has a light, fruity aroma with bready malt. The flavor is sweet malt with some mild hops and fruit accents. It’s light, sweet, and good for what it is.

Pale golden ale with aroma of fresh hops. Nice crisp malts with light hops in finish. Lighter bodied, and quaffable. July 30 04.
