Brown bottle, 341 ml, purchased at Le Grand Duc, savoured on November 3 2009; eye: golden, clear, minimal effervescence, creamy white head that turns into a tiny ring, slight lacing; nose: hops, malt, steam of maple water when I get my sap boiling; mouth: hops, malt, slightly concentrated maple water, finale in hops with presence of concentrated maple water, medium-light body, good carbonation, lightly bitter and acidic, mildly sweet, slick texture; overall: fine

Oct 19, 2009 Draught. Mondiale 2009 - day 3. Cloudy yellow with an average white head. Classic hefe aroma - pear/banana/wheat, sweet and spicy - smells "thick" too. Tastes that way too, just toss in some ripe apple to the fruit mix, turn the banana down two notches, and add some nice pilsener-ish grassy bitterness (no wonder garthicus hated it heh heh heh). Thick body, a definite syrupy mouthfeel, nice lively carbonation, but strangely quick-finishing for a thick, flavourful brew - still a very good hefe, though.

Oct 12, 2009 On tap at the pub. Hazy pale blond body with a decent white creamy head. Its malty/hoppy aroma carries yeasty, coriander, and citrusy hints. Taste is well balanced but is not as complex as the aroma. Ends with a good bitter/yeasty finish. Average Hefeweizen.

Sep 1, 2009 On tap. Appearance: Golden yellow, cloudy with a small white head. Aroma: Wheat and coriander with some slight lemon and yeast. Flavour: Quite ’homebrewish’, butter, lemon, wheat and tiny amount of yeast.

Jun 11, 2009 hazy yellow pour, aroma f bananas, yeast. Flavor was crisp, and loaded with yeast, and banana, with touches of clove, and even some cinnamon.
