A Mes rate. Cask from the GBBF upstairs staff bar.
Big grapefruit and citric Amarillo all round. Hugely drinkable, lovely and dry on the palate. Just really fruity and interesting if only for the luscious hoppage. Fantastic legnthy bitterness. Brilliant bright gold looks with a thin but lasting white head and very good condition. The bitterness lasts for ages. Great stuff.

Cask@GBBF 2009. Pale yellow color, not much head. Very stong grassy "cat pee" Amarillo aroma. Grassy hoppy with some tropical fruits flavor, nice hoppyness. Pale malty background. Nice.

Half pint, hand pulled from cask at The Old Coffee House, Soho. Served at ambient temperature and found to be in fine condition. Golden-yellow body with a very slight haze. Bright naked surface. Inviting floral aroma. Fruity hopped flavour with a nice grapefruit touch and ending with dry bitterness. Refreshing. Medium bodied (London, 02.08.2009).
