Looks like a light lager, not that impressive ... golden ... Minor head, carbonation ... The spicy aroma of a Belgian, but light and not harsh. Smell is bubbly. Mild, doesn’t try to bludgeon you. Creamy and bubbly feeling. A bit too sweet to counter the spicy taste; some alcohol/liqueur taste. Really pleasant, not hard to drink, although light on presentation.

Draught: A lighter golden honey color with a medium head. Smells of a hoppy bread with some sort of spice. I enjoyed, but it left the palate with a simple taste, nothing extravagant.

Pours a light golden color with a substantial frothy head. The smell is of wheat and a sweetness of sorts. Taste is very yeasty and full of wheat with a kind of light sweetness. Not too much to it really. The brew feels balanced but a bit doughy for me. Overall I was not impressed with this brew and would not get it again. There just is not that much to it at all. If you’re going to buy something from this brewery stick with the Black Chocolate Stout. Reviewed on: 06-28-2007

Draft. Pours a golden color with a mostly white head. Aroma is floral hops, citrus, and some spicy yeast. A good flavor of lemon lingers. A good choice.

Draft, This shit was just ok. Pale yellow color with yeasty sour aroma. Light tart sour flavors through out with a light malt profile. Again, just an ok brew.

Pours a golden yellow color with a white head. Aroma is banana, clove, pilsner malt, and a hint of bubble gum. Flavor is malty, banana, clove, some bubble gum, and a slight spicy finish.

Draft. Pours hazy medium gold with off-white head. Nose is heavy citrus, some funky yeast, and malt. Tastes very citric, crisp, spicy yeasty, with a lemony limey overtone that stays rather dry, with solid malt accompaniment. This one was very good.

On draft at Capone’s. Pours a light clear yellow with a small white head. Aroma of fresh yeast, slight funk, banana and spice. Taste of carbonated light funk, yeast with a bit of spice. Has a slight banana presence to it.
