The spicy aroma of a Belgian, but light and not harsh. Smell is bubbly. Mild, doesn’t try to bludgeon you. Creamy and bubbly feeling. A bit too sweet to counter the spicy taste; some alcohol/liqueur taste. Really pleasant, not hard to drink, although light on presentation. barleynhops (82), Alpharetta, Georgia, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 10/20 | Dec 12, 2008 Draught: A lighter golden honey color with a medium head. Smells of a hoppy bread with some sort of spice. I enjoyed, but it left the palate with a simple taste, nothing extravagant. penguinjive7 (67), Buffalo, New York, USA

The smell is of wheat and a sweetness of sorts.
Taste is very yeasty and full of wheat with a kind of light sweetness. Not too much to it really.
The brew feels balanced but a bit doughy for me.
Overall I was not impressed with this brew and would not get it again. There just is not that much to it at all. If you’re going to buy something from this brewery stick with the Black Chocolate Stout.

This one was very good. adrian910ss (1420), philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA
