Pours a mostly clear with a slight protein chill haze which clears as it warmed. Nice fluffy tight pure whtie hea and good lace. Aroma is doughy fresh pils malt, light cracker and some cereal, with a nice lemony citrus hint formt he yeast- more belgian yeast with some coriander and lemongrass hints. More doughy yeas tand pils malts, with a refreshing hoppy earthy zing, light citrus, lots of yeasty phenols clove and some vanilla. Finsihes clean aand refreshing. Great belgain ale. Nose is overloaded with spices, cloves, and slight banana creeping through. Flavor is full of spices and some citrus, yet extremely drinkable and light, pint after pint. Very well done.
