BBF 07. I thought i had this years ago at gingerman, but I guess I never rated it. Pours a mostly clear with a slight protein chill haze which clears as it warmed. Nice fluffy tight pure whtie hea and good lace. Aroma is doughy fresh pils malt, light cracker and some cereal, with a nice lemony citrus hint formt he yeast- more belgian yeast with some coriander and lemongrass hints. More doughy yeas tand pils malts, with a refreshing hoppy earthy zing, light citrus, lots of yeasty phenols clove and some vanilla. Finsihes clean aand refreshing. Great belgain ale. Has some chouffe and westmalle yeast characteristics which was a nice mix.

Yellow body and light head. It had a very strong lemon taste to it which I enjoyed very much.

Opaque light yellow color. Nose of some spice and lemon. Taste is very lemon and citrus dominated. Decent mouthfeel, but not to significant for the experience of the beer.

On draught. Poured golden/amber with a small white head. Nose is overloaded with spices, cloves, and slight banana creeping through. Flavor is full of spices and some citrus, yet extremely drinkable and light, pint after pint. Very well done.

This was not the experience I expected. The body was thin and there was just not much tatse and certainly not bitter. This was ale was consumed at The Capital House with some friends. the ale was a pale yellow with very little aroma.

Pale gold, decent head. Aroma is faintly citric with a hint of banana sweetness. Flavor is light pale malts, a touch of sweetness, and a moderately bitter hop finish with some earth and grassy notes. Hint of banana. Quite decent. Draft at Capital Ale House.
