Aroma is light and malty with a touch of hops and sweetness. Flavor is also very light with a nice malt base and a smooth and light hoppy finish at the end. Could use some more hops, but definitely a good session beer. blatantdream (78), New York, New York, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Dec 10, 2005 Cask at Blind Tiger Ale House. Golden color with a nice fluffy head. A very refreshing cask, a bit malty and citrusy. You taste some bitterness in the back of your mouth but didn’t really stand out. wnhay (722), Princeton, New Jersey, USA
| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Dec 2, 2005 Cask at the Blind Tiger. Poured cloudy golden with a lot of foam. Looked good but the taste was too watery. There was some vanilla and citrus but basically the flavors were lacking. Not a bitter I would visit again. apoptosis (1316), Long Island, New York, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Aug 20, 2005 A very light-bodied, low alcohol beer, on Cask at Blind Tiger. Slightly sweet, and very light. The hops are well-blended but overall this is not very bitter at all. Summery, and goes down nearly like water. Heather and vinous notes - more malty that I would expect for a bitter. notalush (2693), Denver, Colorado, USA
| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Aug 20, 2005 Cask at Blind Tiger - an off-balance bitter at best, because bitterness is about all you’ll find in this beer, a metallic kind of bitterness that reminds one of sucking on a penny - there really isn’t any grainy malt to counteract this as you might find in most bitters, especially British ones - thin and watery - uninspired.
