Thick, creamy palate with very sweet, roasted grain notes but not cloying. Chocolaty sweet flavors and strong whiskey notes. Hank1980 (765), Athens, Georgia, USA

Aroma of roasted malt, chocolate, coffee, bourbon, oak, vanilla. Taste is similar to the aroma, with some caramel also coming through. This may be a little on the "hot" side, though certainly not bad. Mouth is really nice and smooth. Overall, another big barrel-aged stout. Very enjoyable.

Dark brown/black pour...thin brown head. Boozy, choco-malt aroma....smells tasty. Smooth and creamy body, but a tad thin..not bad, but I wanted a bit more fullness. Rich choco flavor...bourbon, vanilla, oaky...all the expected players. Good stuff!
