The aroma is nice and citrusy, but definitely has a balancing of maltiness too. Not quite as hoppy as you might expect from an IPA. Has a bit of rye and malt flavors( although that might be became I am drinking afte beer too. Blind tiger NYC. evilempire (122), sheffield, South Yorkshire, England

| 4.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | Jan 20, 2008 Pours a rustic golden bronze with a pillowy white head. Fruity aromas; delicious hop character. Juicy tropical notes layered with sweet maltiness. Almost a cinnamony spice character as it warms, however my 2nd pint did not exhibit this. Perplexing. Powdery finish with a bready aspect. Mild alcohol warmth. Emminently drinkable. A good one. YogiBeera (2437), Hamburg, Germany
