On cask at Blind Tiger, this was a top-performing double IPA. Very smooth bitterness. Hop aroma, light colour.

I had this on cask at the Blind Tiger in NYC. I thought it was very good, exceedingly hoppy, and very crisp. This beer had a fiarly dull copper gold color, limited head with large bubbles, a very dryly bitter aroma and lots of hop bitterness. I didn’t detect a lot of fruitiness; flavor was quite crisp and good. Mouthfeel was exceedingly smooth.

On tap at the brewery. I love hops, and this didn’t disappoint. Golden, slight head, full of hop and pine aromas. The hop and citrus flavor makes for a very smooth and drinkable, but not overwhelming beer. Extremely well hidden alcohol. And I’m pretty sure they mentioned it as an IIPA at the brewery.

on tap at the bling tiger grand opening night. coppery cloudy dark golden color, creamy/dimply off-white head. aroma is bitter hop, a little pithy grapefruit. flavor is citrusy bitter hop, mostly like zester grapefruit rind. finish is more resiny hop like pine needles. tasted like something between a double and a single IPA.
