Appear - Deep golden amber. Highly carbonated with persistant white head.
Aroma - Fruity / earth hop aroma. Reminiscent of nectaries and grass. Underlying rich malt toastiness. Mild fruity / banana esters.
Flavor - Rich toasted malt. Assertive hop flavor - earthy / grassy with mectarine / pineapple fruit. Strong hop bitterness in finish.
Mouthfeel - Full bodied and thick. High carbonation with some byte in the finish. Drying bitterness with light astringency.
