Too much in my opinion. Not very drinkable. Steely (30), , Sweden Oct 4, 2008 Mahogany red color with a nice tan head. Quite sweet malty aroma with burnt sugar and chocolate. Info: 355ml bottle, 4/10-2008, 184/300 Paul150 (19), , Georgia, USA Oct 4, 2008 Poured a dark mahogany brown into a pint glass with a finger of head that dissipated into some decent lacing. Aroma was nutty and also had some nice roasted malt scent. Taste was malty and nutty with some chocolate and coffee overtones. A nice amount of hops (more than something like a Newcastle for comparison’s sake) finished an excellent, drinkable brew. BMan1113VR (896), Los Angeles (and Dallas, TX), California, USA Oct 3, 2008 On tap. Pours a very dark brown with a frothy, light brown head. Aroma is a bit hoppy with some nuts and caramel. Taste is nutty and very malte with some banana esters and coffee. Not very full bodied at all, water like mouthfeel, light carbonation.
